Sanders's "Frighten 'Em" Prop. D Scam

http://www.sdcitybeat.com/sandiego/article-8307-d… Great article in citybeat about more recent suspicious behavior by seiler and the registrar of voters.

Sanders's "Frighten 'Em" Prop. D Scam

and here is the quote from the north County Times in 2007.... AUGUST 2007 http://www. nctimes. com/articles/2007/08/12/perspective/21_25_528_10_07. txt "The e-voting experiment will not end quietly. ... The county is trying to maintain its iron grip on elections by ensuring secret vote-counting continues in the guise of optical scanners. After all, three members of the same Board of Supervisors that brought us the e-voting fiasco are facing re-election. Honest elections create uncertainty in those depending on them for power. To protect Diebold's interest in getting paid and the county's control over elections, look for the board to cut a deal with Diebold whereby the county abandons the touch-screens and buys Diebold's optical scanners at the same price as the more expensive touch-screens." (I believe this is exactly what happened) I wrote a letter to secretary of state Bowen listing many many more reasons why we really needed some action regarding our election system. I received a letter back from Ms Bowen stating that the registrar was really in charge and there was little she could do. Seiler did sue the state because she didnt think she should have to do a recount if the vote was 1% or closer and she luckily lost that case however the suit is indicative of a registrar w/ a "bad attitude". Watchdogs warn this is a big red flag. They also warn that mail-ins are the least secure of all and that centralized tabulation is also a very bad sign. Seiler switched us to centralized tab and launched an aggressive campaign to get people to mail it in. We really need to know exactly what happens to a ballot that is mailed in.

Sanders's "Frighten 'Em" Prop. D Scam

Here are a few good quotes from publications on our election system.... Citybeat: 'And that's it' By Kelly Davis Former Diebold Sales Rep Becomes Registrar of Voters in San Diego County dismisses critics of elections-office hires A year ago, an audit by an independent elections review board described Vu's handling of Cuyahoga County 's May 2006 primary as an "across-the-board failure." Sacramento Bee Citizen Blog Spot http://citizensboe. blogspot. com/2007/05/back-to-vu-san-diego-cas-whole. html "Seiler's hiring was the second decision by the county in the last month or so to raise questions from election watchdogs." Wired Magazine "Joining Seiler in the San Diego elections office is another election official beleaguered by controversy -- Michael Vu. Until recently, Vu was the elections director in Cuyahoga County in Ohio . He resigned in the wake of a number of critical reports depicting problems with how his office conducted elections and how machines made by Diebold performed. His resignation also followed the conviction of two election workers in his office who were found guilty of rigging a recount in the 2004 presidential election. Vu was recently made assistant registrar of voters in San Diego ." Wired Magazine http://blog. wired. com/27bstroke6/2007/05/former_diebold_. html

Sanders's "Frighten 'Em" Prop. D Scam

http://www.bradblog.com/?p=4540 There is no real supervision. I looked into it. Seiler IS the supervision. Thats the problem. This guy in the link above has done an excellent job following San Diegos election scam. The real question is how they got away w/ hiring these 2 to run things. In Ohio it was citizens that went dumpster diving and discovered Vu and his crew were dumping 1000s of ballots. Thats the beauty of mailing it in early. Also there was a note in the log books a few years ago from seiler telling people at the registrars office not to worry about ballot boxes being dropped off w/ no seals....as if there is ANYTHING else that prevents people from throwing ballots away.

Sanders's "Frighten 'Em" Prop. D Scam

Check out this article in the Wall treet Journal on the Bell County scandal. They are saying that was propogated by mail in voter fraud.....that that is how the criminals were able to get themselves elected. They started a very aggressive campaign to get voters to mail-in their ballots. http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748703… Personally I have received at least 10 letter from registrar encouraging me to become a mail in voter. I was at a bar last Sunday night and to my surprise there were people there w/ clipboards practically strong arming customers to become permanent mail in voters. This is bizarre and should not be overlooked. W/ billions at stake we are naive to think there is not a concerted effort to control the results through fraud. Walk your ballot into the registrars office. Dont mail it in and definitely dont mail it in early. Thats what they want.
