Well her bio does say she once represented Dr. Seuss. And I think she attended the same law school that surfpuppy went to, at about the same time.(feel free to draw your own inferences from any of those)— April 17, 2015 9:11 p.m.
Retired master sergeant headed to slammer for two years
One of my neighbors in SC is a retired Marine gunny. In his 60's. One of the nicest guys I know but not just tough as nails, but tougher. I guarantee if he knew this guy he could and would kick his dumb ass all over SD.— April 17, 2015 9:03 p.m.
The nefarious nut
don bauder, Not so much, really. There are all kind of reports and charts and studies available if you just look a little. Ah, the wonders of this newfangled internet thingie. The only thing I can't seem to find is the breakdown of the unemployment stats, by individual states and rate categories. That's why I ask about it.— April 17, 2015 8:58 p.m.
Order in the court, Judge Bencivengo!

I guess they **could** be conspiring with the Fresno county jail since it was a PG&E line, but I really doubt it.— April 17, 2015 8:53 p.m.
County unemployment rate keeps dropping
don bauder Perhaps you could start to include the **U6** rate in your stories. It gives a truer picture than just the **U3**.— April 17, 2015 6:59 p.m.
"Patriots"? Hah.
don bauder It's Friday. Just me being a wise ass.— April 17, 2015 6:58 p.m.
County unemployment rate keeps dropping
don bauder, What is the **U6** rate??— April 17, 2015 3:09 p.m.
The nefarious nut
don bauder, The most complicated skill is that of simplicity.— April 17, 2015 3:08 p.m.
The nefarious nut
don bauder I'm withe the no pickles crowd. Fresh dill only, maybe a little dill seed as well and whenever possible use fresh dill flowers. They add a little color to the appearance.— April 17, 2015 2:54 p.m.
Order in the court, Judge Bencivengo!
don bauder When her confirmation vote was held in Feb. 2012, the Senate make up was 51/47/2. The vote was 90 in favor and 6 against. The 6 against were Republicans. So roughly 85% of the voting Republicans voted in favor of her nomination. It's not like she barely skated by.— April 17, 2015 2:46 p.m.
