Happy Tummy
refried: you sound more like a Libertarian. Come out of the closet, queenie; we'll face the world together! (never can figure out what movie that was from)— April 12, 2009 8:58 a.m.
At the Movies
Maybe he's a redneck Jew - Kinky Friedman, anyone? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kinky_Friedman— April 7, 2009 3:24 a.m.
Teenage Tagger Tagged
I'm tired of idiots excusing bad behavior by saying "he made a mistake." A mistake is picking up the skim milk when you're going for the 2 percent. Tagging isn't a mistake - it's an "on purpose." It was bad judgement, but certainly not a mistake. Quit making excuses for people, and stop accepting them.— April 7, 2009 3:19 a.m.
Teenage Tagger Tagged
Dead on, Josh. espectially wrt the former tagger. *snerk* Sorry, the devil made me do it. I'm sure it's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Like, the state knew that the area where the tagger was tagging was unsafe, yet did nothing to prevent his sorry ass from being flattened by a pancake. Can't you hear the sympathy?— April 3, 2009 6:03 a.m.
Foot Baths, M.A.'s Career, Foot the Bill
One thing's for sure: Matthew Alice is NOT Josh Board...he's way too articulate (no offense, JB) on a consistent basis. Don't get me wrong; I like Josh, enjoy his blogs (or whatever they're called) and participate regularly. He does have his occasional moments, though when he does, I usually leap to the conclusion that somebody who didn't sleep through their writing courses in college has filled in for him. Sorry, Josh.— April 3, 2009 5 a.m.
Somebody to Love -- Grace Slick in La Jolla
Where's Josh? What did you do with him? That was one of the best "Crashers" you've ever written.— March 29, 2009 5:01 a.m.
Assembly Accomplished
Oh, and Barb, not to take away anything from your newly discovered mechanical prowess (kudos and all that), we manly men only go to the directions as a last resort. :o)— March 29, 2009 4:52 a.m.
Assembly Accomplished
Rebirth? Isn't that a bit premature? I'm thinking we need to break out the shovels, because the media is dead, Jim. It would take an act of the divine...I'm thinking immaculent conception, to revive the media.— March 29, 2009 4:47 a.m.
UCSD pays for trans-species project.
I was born an alien (as in the extra-terrestrial kind, not the illegal) in a human body. I'll be expecting some sensitivity, some apologies for the lack thereof, and I'd like to get in on those gov't grants as well. For your edification, please use the personal pronoun "hir" when referring to me in the third person, both singular and possessive (the "no prize" to whoever recognizes the sci-fi reference). Thank you.— March 29, 2009 4:31 a.m.
Crashing on an Airplane
I'm going to play devil's advocate and suggest that we not actually bury the SURVIVORS, Josh. Let's bury the victims instead.— March 28, 2009 4:10 a.m.
