Nina admitted that she drank from a large bottle of vodka while she was in the apartment that afternoon. She claimed that Chica told her to drink it. Nina said she took only two sips and she also smoked marijuana. Sheriff’s detective Daniel Morsch interviewed Chica. Chica told him that she had been friends with Nina for some time. But then it developed that Nina had stolen a boyfriend from Chica. According to Morsch, Chica told him that “she wanted to get even with her.” Chica admitted, Morsch later said in court, that she had concocted a plot to get Nina “in a state” using drink or drugs and that she had arranged a meeting with “a guy named Gio.” Morsch said that Chica told him, “It was a setup.” ====================== #1- drugs and alcohol are serious problems for ANYONE, times that by 10 for teenagers. #2- "Chica" is a felonious slimball POS. She has already admitted she put drugs in the viticms drink, so it isd game over for her. The victim is a lousy witness because she was raped as a 16 year old by three slimeball dirtbags, but there is already enough evidence to lock all three dirtbags up for several years. American Engineers are NOT in short Sspply, that is a fact. The H-1B visa program is a fraudulent scheme of, by and for Big Business to drive down the US wages of American Engineers and other professionals. Heck, somehow the ABA gave the greenlight to outsource LEGAL WORK to India! That shows how US economic policy is destroying not only the poor and middle class of America, but America itself since the middle class was, is and always will be the backbone of our country- and our system of a republic. Good link Nan. I personally do not think that Browns tax increases will make the ballot-but, if they do it is going to be an uphill if not impossible battle to getting them passed. We just had these tax increases soundly defeated in 2009 and 2010, by a 2-1 margin. Now, if they do make the June ballot there will be a chance at them passing, but there better be a good back up plan if they fail because that is far more likely I think.— March 8, 2011 6:28 p.m.
