Good post Fred, and although I agree with you 100% I do see the other side, not that I agree with the other side, but i can empythize (sp??) with them on this issue.— June 26, 2011 1:20 p.m.
Scripps Investments & Loans 17 percent return didn't last
DON,you haven't lived until you have been hit with a contempt of court charge for standing up to a dirty judge (not that this was the case with you)-preferably a federal judge! Same goes for telling them off so bad they sic the US Marshalls on you and you get your very own FBI file!— June 26, 2011 1:18 p.m.

Greenspan said that while head of the Fed he was wrong 30% of the time. Double that percentage. ========= Sorry, NO ONE was as WRONG as this clown was; . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7rmbiuEDKJU .— June 26, 2011 1:15 p.m.

So instead of cutting pay and benefits they keep those sky high and cut our service, to fund the pay and benefits. Same old scam.— June 24, 2011 4:44 p.m.
Manchester Didn't Rake in Big Bucks on Hotel Sale
They needed to go years ago-they are just an extension of Big Business ripping off taxpayers.— June 24, 2011 4:43 p.m.
Kerry Steigerwalt's Broke Law Firm Trying to Make Deals
This law firm was just a marketing machine -- spending heavily on advertising to draw people in, having fast-buck hucksters talk them into paying big sums for service, then not providing that service. ================ This is exatly what Sam Spital did, and how he lost his law firm after he was successfully sued (by now disbarred lawyer Pat Frega-of which the Reader did a COVER issue on)) for legal malpractice. I am at a loss as to how Majors can keep setting up these fraudulent law firms. The State Bar is a joke, but even they should be able to stop this fraud by Majors— June 24, 2011 1 a.m.
City Heights man waits for his father all his life

Manchester Didn't Rake in Big Bucks on Hotel Sale
Jerry Brown appears to be attempting to eliminate the redevelopment agencies which directly steal money from schools to subsidize multi-millionaires and billionaires. ========= They NEED to GO! I think Jerry Clown will win this fight.— June 24, 2011 12:35 a.m.
Manchester Didn't Rake in Big Bucks on Hotel Sale
Downtown is controlled by CCDC and the Port Authority, with the Navy also turning developer. These unelected entities seem to love big buildings, and big developers. ============ The CCDC is really just an extenion of Big Developers, and they have been giving away the farm to their developer buddies in sweetheart deals- at the expense of the poor and middle class, and all other taxpayers.— June 24, 2011 12:34 a.m.
