I am referring to Honn generally, in most cases-99.999% of his cases- not specifically to his decision in this action. Patricia Gregory would have been disbarred -rightly so-with a small claims commissioner with no experience! Honn is a pathetic judge not versed in the law, or just ignores the law, specifically constitutional protections, and is ALWAYS biased in favor of the State Bar, who pays his salary. And to claim one can "only hope" to go before the buffoon shows your complete and total ignorance of this clown. "...this judge gave more of his time in making a decision, then any other state bar judge...".....errrr.. Honn gave his time because he was the judge in the case and that is his job- what did you expect an intern or his clerk to write the decsion????? Ridiculous comment. The real question is why isn't Honn recommending Bonnie Dumbass have her law license revoked for failing to prosecute her old friend and buddy Gregory??????.... an obvious violation of the equal protection clause. These State Bar clowns are more interested in protecting themselves and their buddies than keeping the law profession safe and clean. Dumbass not being prosecuted for her violating EQ is just one example. I will NOT even go into Dumbass and her conduict in the Sommers case, which Judges Hayes has allowed to go FORWARD in federal court. Judge Hayes is one of the better judges in town, and certainly one of the better federal judges where giant ego's and incompetence seem to be the norm. The difference between a guy like Hayes and Honn is night and day, good and bad, evil and good.— September 5, 2011 1:16 a.m.

Goldsmith Quietly Drops DROP Appeal
Aguirre's work was not shoddy, he was litigating issues that were novel- they were new, they had never been litigated before. THAT is why there were amended complaints. Judges do NOT allow you to keep amending complaints unless the issues are unclear-new, novel. In a regular case you will get ONE chance to amend in most cases-every now and then you may get lucky and get to amend a second time, but that is unusual. The fact that Mike's complaints were allowed to keep gettign amended so the courts could narrow the issues and get it right. Nothing wrong with that. BTW- judges do not "sanction" the lawyers for filing amended compaints-they simply dismiss the lawsuit on the oppositions motion to dismiss/demurrer. Mike tried his best to fix the upside down ship known as San Diego. He was not successful, but that does not mean his lawsuits were meritless. I think GoldenHair may not be 100% in the unions pocket, but he is certainly deferring to them in this case.— August 31, 2011 11:39 a.m.

Dumbass could have filed grand theft chsarges-and should have, Patricia Gregory stole over $100K. Now she is disabrred and that money she stole is long gone, it iwll never be repaid.
