Arraignment of Motorist Accused of Killing Bicyclist James Swarzman
Why did he go with a bench trial? And even though it was a bench trial and this guy was guilty, the judge could have never gone over ALL the evidence in a two day trial in a realiable and consistant manner in 3 minutes- and if that is true it is a very bad reflection on the judge and brings the entire judicial system into question. 2 years is also a very light sentence for a crime that caused the death of another person. Fire camp?? Please.— October 20, 2011 8:10 p.m.
The Sweetwater School Board – forget teamwork
Sweetwater is such a fantastic school district with such great kids, it really is. They, the kids, deserve much better. Brand IMO is a joke, and they need a much better leader than Ed Brand, and they could easily find a much better leader.— October 20, 2011 8:05 p.m.
State Prisons Will Reap Benefits From Solar
I predict a $57 million increase in GED prison guard compensation over the next 20 years :)— October 20, 2011 8 p.m.

This dirtbags life is over. Have fun in the Big House, you will never see the outside again.— October 20, 2011 12:40 p.m.

Military Members Sue BBG Communications
I wouldn't be surprised if they end up BK after Sheppard Mullin is finished billing them at $500 an hour.— October 20, 2011 12:33 p.m.
Military Members Sue BBG Communications
The lawyer here, John Mattes, is the same guy was was working as a field reporter for Fox News here in San Diego when he uncovered a mortgage scam and the guy whom he busted, a "Sam" Assad Suleiman, who along with his girlfriend, attacked Mattes. Those two clowns did a deal and spent less than a year in County, which IMO was way too light for the attack that went down. Sam Suleiman did get his real estate license revoked over that scam. As for the phone company, hopefully they get taken to the cleaners and lose all of their ill gotten booty. Ripping off the already grossly under compensated military is the bottom of the barrel.— October 20, 2011 12:26 p.m.
San Diegans on bringing in the feds
Yes, Jeffies "eidetic memory" is perfected by right clicking his mouse and "eideticing" the cut and paste function of his computer.— October 20, 2011 12:17 a.m.
San Diegans on bringing in the feds
Can we call you "nokomixCut&Paste" now? Hey, at least now you're not claiming these comments as your own, a big improvement.— October 19, 2011 8:13 p.m.
