Acquitted on all 13 counts of vandalism, jury says Jeff Olson should be free
Olson can't sue Squirrel Toupee, but he can sue SDPD, and I suggest he do so, as that will stop Squirrel Toupee from pulling this stunt again in the future on another innocent citizen. If Olson doesn't sue we can all expect this harassment to keep happening.......— July 1, 2013 8:32 p.m.
City Attorney Jan Goldsmith has a history of prosecuting activists who scribble chalk on public sidewalks
**Goldsmith also prosecutes for his old stomping ground, Poway, too.** No he does not, the SD city attorney can prosecute only within SD CITY limits, and only misdemeanors. And VERY few city attorneys even prosecute misdemeanors. San Diego and LA are the only two cities I can think of right now that do it.— July 1, 2013 8:24 p.m.
He gets 37 months for cheating government on trade
It is actually 54 days, or 15%, in the federal system, but I don't think they have parole at the end.— July 1, 2013 8:20 p.m.

Holy Bat Shit- awesome case FRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe we can reference this part to SDPD and Shore, as they are Nazi's; **"Nielsen rushed to the scene and asked what Mackinney had said. Mackinney said that he told officer Davis that he was violating Mackinney's civil rights. Nielsen responded by grabbing the chalk from Mackinney's hand and throwing it behind him. He allegedly said to Mackinney, "I don't give a f—k about your civil rights."**— July 1, 2013 6:22 p.m.
