She is getting Penal Code Section 4019 "Good Time" custody credits, she will ONLY do HALF a year-6 months!!! She gets out August 25, 2012. Oh brother! The IDIOT DA and the IDIOT judge SHOULD have made her WAIVE those 4019 good time custody credits in the Plea Deal. What a bunch of friggen losers. Un friggen believable. Gregory is a felon for life. == She is NOT a felon for life. Her felony can be reduced to a misdemeanor at anytime in the future after she has finished probation. Not only that her misdemeanor can then be completely dismissed and she can ask the State Bar to reinstate her law license. You are very ignorant or just unaware of how the legal system works GS if you think she is a "felon for life". There was a Deputy DA, #3 DDA in the DA office under Paul Pfingst, who coached a witness to LIE under OATH in a MURDER Trial. Guess what, he WAS convicted a felon too, originally charged with 15 felonies, he plead out to one and he did exactly what I just listed-and he ALSO has his law license back. Let me repeat that, the #3 DDA in San Diego coached a witness to lie under oath-PERJURY!(I won't even go into the other obstruction if justice acts he engaged in) and then did a plea to one felony which was later reduced to a misdemeanor after 2 short years of probation and the misdemeanor was then dismissed too. A judge actually getting semi-tough with a fellow attorney? == I would hardly call a year in count tough when there were 12 felony counts charged, I call it a gift. She will be in the general population. Only cops/judges/DA's get protective custody. And you do NOT want it, b/c it is usually solitary for 23 hours a day in a cell. Local Jeweler Stumps For $100 a Plate DeMaio Dinner Party
I bought two watches from Leo back in the 1980's, good deals. His first location was on El Cajon Bl right next tot he 805, then he moved down El Cajon close to Park, I have no idea where he is today.
