Prostitute Left Duct-Taped by John in Hotel Room
Hehehehehe...yes, the *Bowers v Hardwick* case was always immensely fun to discuss in LS b/c of the subject matter.....it is actually hard to believe the ruling from it happened fairly recently- in 1986 (awful decision), and it took another 17 years to get reversed. Generally speaking there are not very many SCOTUS cases reversed, and the ones that are overturned were decided long ago- in very different times, very unlike the *Bowers* case which was reversed in a relatively short period of time. .........— October 1, 2012 1:33 p.m.
Border Patrol agent fired 10 rounds into vehicle after being hit
**She probably thought he was a kook or a carjacker, so she put the car in reverse to avoid hitting him and to get away** He was not in unifom, and if someone NOT in a uniform jumps in front of me with a gun I am jacking it in reverse or running the douche bag over. One of the two.— September 30, 2012 10:39 p.m.
Mary Hoffman takes on CPUC
**I would have to agree with that statement. Moreover, I think the increasingly complex financial "innovations" have been a disaster for most of the economy - all while making a ton of money for a small number of people in the financial industry.** Don, you coined a phrase about complex financing be done for the sole purpose of fraud-I forgot how you phrased it though........— September 30, 2012 7:40 p.m.
Border Patrol agent fired 10 rounds into vehicle after being hit
No, LE telling a LIE to cover their fannies??? As in the Kelly Thomas murder in OC (3 cops charged with felony murder). I am shocked! They lie like crazy, and it starts at the top and b/c of that becomes a culture. A culture of corruption.— September 30, 2012 5 p.m.
Mary Hoffman takes on CPUC

Young Escondido gangster recommended to "fire camp"
BTW Vis- thecounty jails are now over crowded, no room, sentences ending early. In LA you only do 5%-10% of the sentenced time. In Diego you're only doing 80%-90% and soon every county jail will be up tpo LA time ratios.— September 29, 2012 10:41 p.m.
Young Escondido gangster recommended to "fire camp"
Fire Camp IS the club fed of state pens. County jail is actualy the worst. What I do not understand is Fire Camp is usually for non violent offenders-like drugs. This was a crime of violence and they usually don't allow those crimes the camp lock up.Fire Camp is what all the inmates want.— September 29, 2012 10:40 p.m.
