Who Killed Richard Swink?
AG-All politics aside,as an American I'm ashamed to say that I'm from the same country as the people depicted in those clips. As for the politics,it's a cold, hard fact of life. People are profiled. It's up to the black community to step up to the plate and tell themselves"HEY DICKHEAD! I'd like to shop where I want. Quit being a ghetto rat and f***in' it up for the rest of us." Instead, they relie on liberal bleeding hearts and Jesse and Al to do their bidding for them. It all comes down to personal responsibility. Same goes for the kids in Jersey. #1-I'll bet dollars to doughnuts that those people came to the aid of those homeless people because when the mafia still ran the streets, they instilled a different set of values in their towns. I wish the mafia was still as strong today as it was 25 years ago. #2-It's parents responsibility to to make sure that the product of their loins aren't acting like a**holes. Those things that were re-enacted DO happen in America and that's a shame. However,I'm sure those two examples also happen in Europe. America gives the most tax-payer funded humanitarian aide than any other country on Earth. That's a fact.— October 28, 2009 10:23 p.m.

"Is it funny to think about a child’s life being endangered?" Spare us the fake concern CuddleFish. I too watched it and laughed. If the kid was ok,cool. If the kid died in the puruit of breaking news,oh f***in' well. People, including children, die everyday. It's a part of life. Get over it AND yourself. "Is stereotyping black people funny?" When they act like ghetto trash,it IS funny. "Is demanding that it be illegal not to speak English funny? Is mocking the way white people stereotypically think Mexicans speak funny?" No and yes. "Is calling the women on The View, including pioneer journalist Barbara Walters, dingbat women, funny? Is calling a woman who was unjustly tasered by a police officer an old bat funny?" The View sucks goat c*** and that old bat didn't deserve a dime. "Is it funny to say that it would have been better if a child had died?" HELL YEAH!!! It's time to clean the genepool! "Are incest jokes funny?" Not only is everything in life funny, you have to ask yourself if the alleged acts of incest even happened in the first place. You're a drama queen,CuddleFish. I believe it was you that said that you just LOVED the Anna Nicole Smith dramedy. When she died,I was riding a bus through Hillcrest. Somebody was talking and crying about it on the phone. I laughed my ass off. Russl-No you're not. "Demeaning women seems to be a popular sport around here. Or maybe that's just me being paranoid." Too bad there's no glass ceiling here in cyberspace.— October 28, 2009 9:41 p.m.

*Mental note-Don't click on any links before posting your thoughts* Josh-I'm not even going to debate you on the points you made. They're so utterly ridiculous,it's funny. All I'm going to say on kids in America today is this:F*** the spoiled pieces of s***. I'm an adult without children. Therefore, whatever I do in life to offend them or their obnoxious,self-centered parents is too f***in' bad. They'll survive. AG-" And how stupid is this coming from a guy who just recently lost his "Man Card" for toting around a poodle he tries to pass off as a Maltese, taking it to all kinds of inappropriate places like restaurants, annoying people with it, and blogging about it incessantly?" I literally LOL'd at this. You are dead on right about this. As much as I like Josh,if we met at bar to have a beer and he brought his cat,I'd be tempted to punt it down the block like Kate Naeding at a Chargeless game. Of all the dogs killed this year by police bullets in The Whale's Vagina, how come none of them were half-dogs? There I go answering my own question again-it's because cops are pussies and get scurred at the sight of a big,bad pitbull. CuddleFish-As someone who doesn't find suicide the least bit funny, even I thought to myself"Where's that guy in China when you need him?" "Is a missing student funny? Is making fun of someone’s looks by saying it looks like they have Downs Syndrome funny?" Yes and yes. "Is stereotyping Hispanics’ appearance funny? The second paragraph is absolutely ridiculous. My understanding is two different groups complained about the costumes. I have no idea what their legal status is. Does Mr. Board? Is calling people “illegal aliens” funny?" He did not stereotype Hispanics. The whole point of the costume and the reason it was so popular is because AMERICANS ARE SICK AND TIRED OF ILLEGAL ALIENS CROSSING THE BORDER AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF OUR COUNTRY,PROTESTING IT WHEN THEY CAN'T GET THEIR OWN WAY AND PROTESTING WHEN YOU CALL THEM WHAT THEY ARE-ILLEGAL ALIENS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How hard is that to understand oh wise teacher's aide and super parent of the year?— October 28, 2009 9:40 p.m.

John Kitchin replies: I first became aware of the exemptions of Canada and Mexico when the characters in Second City TV, a comedy group, said that they were not permitted to use the name Canada, nor Kanadian Korner, nor any of that. They had to settle for calling their sketch “The Great White North.” They said in interviews about the show that there are treaties, some of them part of a predecessor of NAFTA, which establish this exemption. I took note, as I write tourism books. As I understand it, from being arrested, it is the foreign country that can prosecute you. I was prosecuted in Mexico. Here’s the interesting part: Does internet publishing qualify someone as a “published tourism author,” and thus exempt from this treaty? I’m not a lawyer, but I have to know enough of the laws regarding what cannot be written because I do write and publish books. I got into a huge amount of trouble once for suggesting that Holy Communion consisted of more than just bread and wine. So let me get this straight. Because of some treaty,I can't say"F*** Mexico! It's a s***hole." and I can be extradited to Mexico to face charges?— October 28, 2009 12:45 p.m.

LMAO! I was trying to figure out why CuddleFish was posting this. I just thought she was from 'Frisco or was not a real big fan of Ahnold. After reading Tikicult's response,it finally dawned on me....there was a news story last night at 11 on this. I couldn't find jacks*** about it on the web. We ALL know that was totally planned that way.— October 28, 2009 12:32 p.m.

Who gives a s*** what happens in 'Frisco? I agree with Ahnold on this one. Let's take care of the state as a whole instead of just one city.— October 28, 2009 11:06 a.m.

You say tomato and I say tomahto. Same thing. I wouldn't exactly say I get off on offending people. I haven't wore that shirt in months. But I'm not afraid to face the public while wearing it. If you have kids, cool. I have no problem with kids. Remember this though, rickeysays, just because you decided to have kids DOES NOT mean I have to watch what I wear, say or do while around them. Your job,as a parent,is to educate and inform. I'm not anti-family. I am however anti-I have to live life according to your values because you and your mate f***ed like jack rabbits one fine evening and nine months later had a kid. You want to contribute to poverty, homelessness and an overwhelming sense of dread. Knock yourself out. It's a free country. Just don't expect me to change my opinions because you decided to do the nasty without a condom.— October 28, 2009 9:41 a.m.
