You can have whatever position you want on public employee pensions, but when you misstate the facts, exaggerate or distort them then I and other will do our best to correct the blog with counterstatements. Even our moderator, Mr. Bauder, has corrected you statements when you presented them as facts. Mr. Bauder was even kind enough to give us a defintion of an Internet Troll... which, not surprizingly, fits many but not all of your posts. Is your moniker relevant maybe not, but this goes back to your decision to deceive others as I pointed out in the previous post. I never claimed changing your name here constitutes deception, I've merely asked you why you lied about it. "Look, my opinion is just as good as anyone else." Yes opinion is...just don't try to pass it off as fact. Going back, and posting your record of user profiles and the number of posts merely gives those who read your comments prespective and context. In my opinion. "PS-bagging on someone’s spelling is about as weak as it gets." That's your opinion once again. For a guy who is alledgedly as educated as you claim, try using some of the skills God blessed you with. Well Johnny lets examine the record of this thread. Stating on Dec 30th you posted the very first comment on this thread under Johnny Vegas and contined to do so until Feb 25, 2009. The day before you created the Surfpuppy619 moniker. In post # 932 you said: "Wow- very interesting thread with lots of good comments....can I join in?? My name is SurfPuppy and I'm new around here :)" This was a lie. In post #938 you said in response to JF post #937 : "JF- I do not know these people you speak of, do they still post here? They sound like decent people though. In any event it is nice to meet you JF, I hope we can engage in many good discussions in the future :)" This was another lie. Then in post #944 you said :"I couldn't fool the bright folks here at the Reader! For those of you that are asking-I needed a break from the old handles. JF- you should have been at PD instead of FD with those top notch sleuthing skills of yours!" This was an admission of your previous lies in posts 932 & 938. Now you say: "And for the life of me I don't understand why you think I am using any kind of "deception"."If a person decides to change up a handle-why do you imply that is "deception". Don that's a fair critique of the UT article. Now, can you enlighten us as to why they would do it that way. What, if any, reason is the motivation to support these funds. The FBI defines a hate crime (a.k.a. bias crime) to be: "a criminal offense committed against a person, property or society which is motivated, in whole or in part, by the offender's bias against a race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or ethnicity/national origin." 2 Public Law #103-322A, a 1994 federal law, defines a hate crime as: "a crime in which the defendant intentionally selects a victim, or in the case of a property crime, the property that is the object of the crime, because of the actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, ethnicity, gender, disability, or sexual orientation of any person."
