Paulson's socialistic plan to bail out Wall Street is election year fraud
Response to post #49: Thanks Don. Back to the meltdown, we had better pray that congress finally shows backbone to stand up to the White House and lobbyists for a change, that they finally give highest priority to serving the best interests of all We The People once again. With a major election in November there can never been a better time for this disaster produced by corruption and greed to happen because both republican and democrat incumbents risk losing if they screw this up. Obama had better damn well show True Leadership on this, he must take the lead in congress today to make the right things happen at last giving him the best opportunity ever to prove he has the right stuff to be elected president. Then in November we get a new President and at least kick out all the republicans who betrayed everyone in America for the last eight years.— September 23, 2008 1:06 p.m.

Glad to hear you are still alive and well Don. Now what do we do with the money we have left, retirement investments, etc.?— September 23, 2008 12:43 a.m.

Anyone know what Don has been doing since he wrote this meltdown blog early Friday morning? Is he busy selling out everything he has and stuffing it all into his mattresses or what?— September 22, 2008 12:24 p.m.
Paulson's socialistic plan to bail out Wall Street is election year fraud
Friday should be officially designated as “Meltdown Day” in Washington DC, the day both political parties failed America completely, and the following is just a partial list of their betrayals that shall have to be paid the hard way for by many generations to come: Money Jobs Health and Safety Food and Housing Education Energy Law Iraq International Relations Global Warming Honor, Integrity, Morals and Ethics— September 21, 2008 3:53 a.m.
Paulson's socialistic plan to bail out Wall Street is election year fraud
Response to post #18: You still don’t get it, but that’s the kind of mentality that caused Bush to be re-elected in 2004 after he put American Democracy on the road to Neocon-Communism. By coincidence, last night Paul Krugman referred to Treasury Secretary Paulson as “Commissar Paulson” for having seized control over the means of production in America. With Paulson’s bailout powers he now controls credit, life and death of corporations that cannot get credit any other way but to bow down before their new Neocon-Communist masters like Bush bows down before his Chinese Communist masters when begging them for credit. But your failure to comprehend what is going on is far too common, and explains why American Democracy is at greater risk today than ever before since the Revolutionary War. If Bush and his Neocon-Communist aristocrats had been around back then Britain would have won the war and America never would have become a democracy in the first place.— September 20, 2008 2:48 a.m.

Response to post #12: You are clearly in denial. That's the biggest problem for republicans today, especially those who re-elected Bush in 2004 after he began indenturing Americans and selling out American Capitalist Democracy to Communist China during his first term. Over the last eight years Bush has made himself and his fellow Neocon-Communist aristocrats richer and more powerful than they ever dreamed of by indenturing every American citizen and exporting millions of American manufacturing jobs for generations to come to Communist China.— September 19, 2008 2:18 p.m.

Response to #10: Pay Attention To What Don Is Documenting: REPUBLICAN-COMMUNISM = "Paulson's socialistic plan to bail out Wall Street" For eight years Bush-McCain have been selling out American jobs, manufacturing and technology to Communist China, today they announced phase three of their betrayal of American Capitalist Democracy by socializing Wall/Main Street while they continue phase two of indenturing all Americans to their new republican masters in Communist China. The republicans have now betrayed every American Hero and Patriot who sacrificed their life for America.— September 19, 2008 11:47 a.m.

Don, we had all better pray that you are right about Obama's ability to save and rebuild America. George-John Bush-McCain have proven beyond all doubt that the Neocon-Communist dynasty will continue to enrich and empower the corrupt and greedy aristocracy regardless of how hellacious the consequences are to all other Americans.— September 19, 2008 11:08 a.m.
Face value of derivatives floating around the world is $1.14 quadrillion
Yes, it doesn’t really matter how many zeroes anymore because McCain’s responses to the crises have proven beyond all doubt that the republicans will continue to enrich and empower the corrupt and greedy regardless of how horrendous the consequences are to all other Americans. If McCain is not defeated because of this fact alone then We The People will have failed to protect ourselves. If Obama wins then the biggest question will be whether the democrats can overcome their failures in leadership so they can rebuild America once again.— September 19, 2008 2:45 a.m.
Face value of derivatives floating around the world is $1.14 quadrillion
Response to post #14: Damn again, I still can’t get used to a quadrillion dollar hydrogen level time bomb, a number with orders of magnitude that only astrophysicists bother dealing with, or molecular biologists who deal with the inverse number. So the only way I can think of to deal with it is to say to hell with it, the potential consequences are simply too astounding and out of control to bother contemplating. So I hope you are right about Obama being the True Leader who shall lead us out of this chaos.— September 18, 2008 12:06 p.m.
