The dominant republican philosophy is that their leaders depend on the fact that there are always enough stupid voters who can be convinced to support their hidden agenda of perpetuating their aristocracy that enriches themselves by selling out American jobs and American manufacturing to slave states like communist china. Thus the GOP is a political cancer that is destroying American Democracy. And the GOP keeps proving this by electing sycophantic puppeticians like “W”, “Terminator” and “Nero-Typhoid Jerry” Sanders to carry out their acts of treason against American Democracy that are destroying our economy today while the GOP Bloodsucker Class gets richer and more powerful by increasing poverty. Worse yet, GOP puppeticians, and puppetjudges have track records of corruption and lies that prove they shall never warn us about out of control economic, health, safety, education, poverty and other threats they have created throughout this century until it is too late to prevent hellacious consequences. The worst case threat that confronts San Diegans today is that “Nero-Typhoid Jerry” Sanders is the root cause of far too many deaths in his 2007 Sanders Firestorms that have earned him the nickname “Nero”, and he is now threatening us with typhoid diseased water supplies (RE: your blog “SD's Drinking Water 9th Worst of Major Cities”) that have earned him the nickname “Typhoid Jerry”. More and more health and safety problems are increasingly out of control so Sanders and the Establishment can maximize the larceny of their corruption just for the purpose of magnifying their wealth granted by the Establishment, enabled by a corrupt judiciary that continues the legacy of the Greer Court. Nationally, the latest SCOTUS ruling further otherthrows the Rule of Law by disenfranchising the majority of voters, proving again that republican voters have been too easily fooled and will believe mind controlling propaganda that doesn’t require them to think, just like Hitler did before WWII, allowing him to slaughter 50 million people.— February 14, 2010 9:55 a.m.

Don, one wonders whether the NORC culture dominates the American psyche today, especially whether "family values" is just a republican slogan that is the worst case hypocrisy in politics. GOP cultural values have most certainly degenerated from the highest level of integrity with Eisenhower to the sewer level of integrity with Bush, Schwarzenegger and Sanders. Interesting NYT/CBS poll released on thursday that determined: 81 percent of Americans believe members of Congress don't deserve re-election, and 80 percent said that members of Congress are more interested in pandering to special interest groups than in serving the needs of people who elected them, with 85 percent of Republicans dissatisfied or angry compared to 53 percent of Democrats and 73 percent of Independents. It's time for Independents to rise up and kick out the Republicans and Democrats who have taken American Democracy to its lowest level of integrity in history. And in San Diego, Nero-Sewerwater Sanders has proven beyond all doubt that it is time to end the "Strong Mayor" era of corruption that he and the SD Republican Establishment have been using to destroy San Diego.— February 13, 2010 3:45 a.m.

Response to post #2 and #4: Times have most certainly changed and traditional indicators aren’t keeping up with what we really need to know for rational decision making purposes. Reflecting on changing times, my proudest and first vote was for Eisenhower while I was stationed on Okinawa protecting America from communism during the Cold War. And the most hideous irony is that the republicans have now sold America out to communist china. Every American should read his 1961 Farewell Address to the Nation: http://mcadams.posc.mu.edu/ike.htm “In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist.” Iraq is most certainly a worst-case scenario republican failure to heed Ike’s extraordinary wisdom. Further, Republican politicians are now a “community of dreadful fear and hate” that have “mortgage(d) the material assets of our grandchildren” while selling out the Wealth of America to “become the insolvent phantom of tomorrow” due to far too many republican betrayals during the Bush Autocracy that are still being committed in Washington today . But the republicans’ most immoral failure was not only to marginalize Ike’s grave warnings, but to also repudiate Ike’s prayer: “We pray that peoples of all faiths, all races, all nations, may have their great human needs satisfied; that those now denied opportunity shall come to enjoy it to the full; that all who yearn for freedom may experience its spiritual blessings; that those who have freedom will understand, also, its heavy responsibilities; that all who are insensitive to the needs of others will learn charity; that the scourges of poverty, disease and ignorance will be made to disappear from the earth, and that, in the goodness of time, all peoples will come to live together in a peace guaranteed by the binding force of mutual respect and love.” We must now hope and pray that “Gin's Lead Indicators” continue to indicate a lasting recovery in spite of the fact that Republican betrayals against American Democracy continue to occur as a result of Republican dedication to the exportation of American opportunities, jobs, manufacturing, and expertise to their partners in Communist China.— February 12, 2010 4:02 a.m.

Keepers of Leading Economic Indicators keep calculating the consequences of Republican betrayals of the Wealth of America as a result of Republican dedication to the exportation of American opportunities, jobs, manufacturing, and expertise to their partners in Communist China for decades. So it is at least a tiny bit of good news to note at last that all economic indicators that have been moving in the negative direction in San Diego “since April of 2004” have “moved in a positive direction” once again for at least one reporting period. The root cause of our economic failures is now beyond any doubt, Republicans must be considered the new “Red Coats” for their maniacal efforts to destroy American Democracy in Washington, Sacramento and San Diego with their core cultural values of corruption, greed, hate and immorality, especially their “Just Say NO” destructive politics in Washington that are the worst betrayals of American Democracy since the Tories in 1776. But the worst fact of life for American Democracy today is that both parties are disenfranchising We The People, making it increasingly impossible to vote for either maniacally corrupt republicans or criminally negligent democrats. Ironic how the Chinese may end up owning the world literally because the republicans sold out the Wealth of America while the democrats acted like a bunch of flamingos at the San Diego zoo. Amazing how Obama's worst nightmare during his first year has been the failures of the democratic majorities in congress to have leaders that weren't incompetent and corrupt. The democrats had a golden opportunity to make the right things happen quickly just as Bush and his republican majorities made the wrong things happen quickly after he took office. And the democrats have allowed republicans to continue to get away with murder and destruction of America, California and San Diego even when they have a majority. We are no longer in the decline phase, there can be no doubt that this is the Fall of American Democracy phase, following the same path of failure that all failed democracies before ours experienced due to out of control corruption, avarice and immorality. Almost all of our institutions, political, economic, religious, education, scientific, politicized news media, etc. have failed the tests of morality, honor and integrity that could have made America the greatest Democracy in history. I suggest we start with eradicating corrupt judges who still control our courts after the decade of Greer Court Corruption when they overthrew the Rule of Law with impunity. Sanders and his masters are hoping that sewerwater will fry our brains even more, which must explain why so many San Diegans vote for Sanders and cheer for Loser Chargers and special interests who bankrupt and destroy San Diego instead of the old sport of Christians being fed to the lions.
