Ingredients
- 4 oysters
- 4 pieces sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tsp peanut oil
- 1 green onion, sliced thin on a bias
- lemon
- 2 ozs wasabi or soy sauce
Instructions
Grill only until the shell opens. Remove top shell and place a piece of shiitake mushroom and green onions on oysters. Squeeze lemon, serve w/ wasabi if desired
