Grilled oyster served on a grilled garlic rubbed, slice of ciabatta bread and topped with a dollop of pesto.
Ingredients
- I cup Parmesan
- 2 ozs parmesan Optional
- 2 ozs Pesto
- 1 cup Oysters
- 1 lb Pesto
- 1 Loaf of Bread
- 1 lb Oysters
Instructions
Place sliced 1 inch bread with olive oil drizzle and garlic rub slices on either grill or grill pan and toast lightly. Next grill oyster on grill or grill pan till lightly marked. Begin pesto with mixture of basil, olive oil, Parmesan, pine nuts, salt and pepper and blend until chunky in texture. Assemble toast with oyster on top and a dollop of pesto mixture and one large Parmesan shaving on top.
