One standard package of cake mix (yellow cake mix) - It's basically cake mix and canned pumpkin. Things you add are all your choice. Cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla,and cloves to taste. Great for any holiday!
Ingredients
- 1 Yellow CAKE MIX
- 15 ozs Pumpkin
- 1 cup Pecans
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Nutmeg
- ½ tsp Cloves
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- ⅓ cup Brown Sugar
- ⅓ cup Powder sugar
Instructions
Mix one package of cake mix (yellow cake mix). Pour into the mixing bowl. (Don't follow package directions.)
Add 1/3 cup brown sugar.
Add Chopped Pecans, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla.
Mix until batter is nice and smooth.
Bake in Pam-sprayed 9 x 13 pan in preheated oven 350 degrees for 35 minutes until nice and golden.
When cooled - top with Powder sugar. Or you can top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
