An appetizer for those who consider who consider toasting bread to be cooking: I hate potlucks. I hate them because I don't want to be lame and bring store-bought cookies, but I hate cooking, and honestly I don't want to be cruel by making other people eat my food either. But thanks to my best friend I no longer have to stress about such occasions. I just whip up this four ingredient dip and present it confidently alongside chips.
Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna-I prefer white albacore in water
- cream cheese-1/2 a box, kinda to taste
- jalapenos-the kind that come sliced in a jar
- yellow mustard
- something to dip like tortilla chips, crackers, melba toast, etc.
Instructions
1. Drain the tuna and combine it with cream cheese. I use about 1/2 of box...couple of square inches I suppose. I would go to step 2 here but when I think about it, it's all one big step of dump in bowl and mix. Add mustard until the tuna has a slight yellow color. Add the jalapenos and then slowly add juice until you get the desired texture (not runny but thinned out enough that it's easy to scoop)
