Born on Pi Day (March 14) of 2013, Tribute Pizza grew from a portable pop-up oven to a guest resident of Coffee & Tea Collective on El Cajon Boulevard and on to their current brick-and-mortar at the remodeled North Park Post Office. Owner and pizzologist Matt Lyons is a vegetarian but excels at cooking for all appetites. Choose from 16 beers on tap, a mindful selection of wine, and two taps of Lyons’s own homemade sodas.
