This deli is really more of a sushi counter. On display in the counter are distinctively Japanese plastic food art — they look exactly like sushi rolls and nigiri, or poke rice bowls, but they're just mock-ups showing you what this food looks like, packaging included. The food itself is made to order with good-quality tun, salmon, and yellowtail rolls, nigiri, and rice bowls in a simple setting.
