Tita’s II Restaurant
3421 E. Plaza Boulevard, National City, CA 91950
More spacious sister restaurant to the nearby and popular Tita's Kitchenette, this National City Filipino restaurant spot has a lovely community vibe, and serves incredibly cheap food via cafeteria counter. Heavy use of Styrofoam — even if you're dining in — doesn't engender a lot of confidence, nor should it. It seems primarily intended for family-style dining on a budget, presumably for people with an understanding of what these dishes are.
