Butcher shop devoted to the prized wagyu beef of Japan. Impressively marbled steaks run from $46 to $200 a pound, largely depending whether they hail from Australia, America, or Japan (think kobe beef ribeye). The counter shop offers a very limited menu of prepared items: chiefly a cheeseburger combining beef from all three wagyu origins, and nitro potatoes, fried abut as crispy as imaginable.
