Slater's 50/50
2750 Dewey Road, Building 193, San Diego, CA 92133
Slater’s 50/50 was founded in 2009 in by Scott Slater, a SoCal native. Inspired by the belief that bacon is meat candy, Scott created the original 50/50 patty, made of 50% ground bacon and 50% ground beef, and a menu full of amplified burgers and indulgent dishes to pair with their selection of local and regional craft beer on tap.

50/50 burger good.
Today I ate the Fire Beef. As good as the 50/50. I like the choices of 8 types of meats in 3 sizes, 5 types of bread, 21 sauces, 12 cheeses, 22 toppings, plus 15 more toppings at $1.00 each. Lots and lots of beer on tap to choose from too!

Hi Nanners, (you sweet l'il thing you)! County Mental Health only lets me out on alternate Tuesdays, so I only have two hours to put a burger in my burgerhole. (smeck!) Built my own burger this last time.
It were a masterpiece!
