Glorietta Bay
Extends from shoreline along Orange Avenue to the base of the Bay Bridge, Coronado, CA
This finger of San Diego Bay lies between the north end of the Silver Strand and the part of the Coronado Golf Course that juts out into the water. At the north end of Glorietta sit the Coronado Yacht Club, home to 270 boat slips, the 1887 on the Bay restaurant (known widely as the Boathouse, as it was the boathouse of the nearby Hotel Del), and Seaforth boat rentals. Sailboats and powerboats available here. Stand-up paddleboards, too; common run for paddleboards goes from Seaforth across Glorietta to Stingray Point at the promontory of the golf course.
