Flippin' Pizza

Good pizza, but horrible service. I showed up after 30 minutes to pick up my pizza, and they had not even started it. No apology, just pure attitude when I asked why it was taking so long. The owner responded: "do you want it or not?" I told him no and have never gone back since. Go to Knockout Pizza in the Carlsbad Village instead...better vibe and great pizza.

Wow the customer service is still bad? I boycotted the La Costa Flippin Pizza a year ago because they were so Flippin rude there and the pizza was not good! I even complained to management asking why every single time I came in this one the pizza was not as good as the vista and the carlsbad one and why everyone was so rude? They said they were trying to fix the problem because they had been getting numerous complaints. Too bad the problem is not fixed according to the above recent post by sandiegosurf. The Carlsbad one on the coast and the Vista one is the Best!!! Plus they are soooo nice there especially the Vista one.

7:30 on a Friday night, with six guys running around behind the counter, I guess only one of them could take our order. Although he kept saying I'll be right with you, it took three minutes to take the order. All three of our two-slice orders were burnt, but they only admitted to burning one, and re-doing it. They served us the rest. another slice. I asked then to re-do all of them. The second slices came out fine. But we also ordered garlic knots (bread rolls) and they were crap, dry and a little place again. Other flippin pizzas are good
