This new bar/eatery really does have a beer garden, and a bar that opens right onto it. It's brand new, but retains some of the 1940's era Tyler's Steak House which used to be here. Their big deal: 32 draft beers from Southern California, and retro cocktails. Pastrami burger is a standout, but isn't cheap. Best bar-share: short rib nachos with mangos.
