The museum offers informative displays on the North County coastal history including Native Americans, early homesteaders, and recent times, as well as photographic collections and archives. "Al’s Barbershop" recreates the barbershop found on Coast Highway 101 from the 1930s to the 1950s, including an antique chair and the tools of the trade.
