Joe Stuyvesant, who quit his job as the Port’s executive director, president, and chief executive officer on January 19 of this year — six months after the port commission mysteriously placed him on administrative leave on July 11, 2023 — isn’t being allowed to count his leave time against the state’s 12-month prohibition from lobbying.
