One of the goals I guess you could say we have is just to take more advantage of the free stuff to do here in town. Sometimes you can end up spending a lot of money on the weekend just because you think there’s nothing else to do. But there’s so many nice free things to do in the city. We need to take advantage of those. You don’t have to spend $300 a weekend to have a good time.

One of the greatest tools I’ve been given in this life is to be a voice for others who don’t have one. Activism is that thing I can do — that hard job that others have a difficult time doing. I’ve always liked to stand up for other people who are too afraid to stand up against oppression or people who discriminate against other people. I like to at least be there to be that shoulder to cry on.
