October 11, 1956 - December 28, 2016

Paul Jones, age 60, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2016. Born in Bellingham, WA on October 11, 1956 to Donald Jones and Virginia Fellows, he moved to Escondido at the age of 13 where he was a longtime resident. He is survived by his sweetheart Jenny Good, his loving daughters Heidi Birdsall and Candice Tryon along with their husbands Douglas Birdsall, Brandon Tryon and grandson Weston Tryon. Paul was loved and respected by all his family and friends and made an impact on everyone he spent time with. He was a proud member of the Local 89 Laborers Union for 33 years retiring in 2011. Throughout his adult life he worked on some of the most recognizable buildings in San Diego County and was a very hard working man. As a proud NRA life member he enjoyed hunting and all things outdoors. He had many hobbies and was always tinkering in his man cave. He loved to sing, dance, tell stories and was always the life of the party. He will truly be missed and life on earth will never be the same without Paul Jones.His celebration of life will be held Monday January 16th in Escondido, CA.
