The Motels
Fronted by lead singer Martha Davis, new wave group The Motels released four gold albums and over a dozen internationally charting singles. They are best known in the U.S. for "Only the Lonely" and "Suddenly Last Summer," each of which peaked at number nine on the Billboard Hot 100, in 1982 and 1983, respectively. They disbanded when Davis decided to launch a solo career, but reunited in 1998 as The Motels Featuring Martha Davis and began releasing new music. They’re back on the road after cancelling last year’s tour dates due to Davis undergoing radiation treatment for breast cancer. The bill includes locals Totally ‘80s Band.

Stinkfoot Orchestra
Founded in early 2019 by keyboardist and vocalist Nick Chargin, The Stinkfoot Orchestra is a 14 piece Frank Zappa tribute dedicated to accurately replicating Zappa's sound, including a horn section, a mallet player, and backup singers. Originally intended only for a series of performances timed around Zappa's 80th birthday, the ensemble has instead evolved into a crackerjack touring headliner, often featuring guest players from Zappa’s own discography. This Balboa Park performance will include Zappa band vet Napoleon Murphy Brock. Locals Fistfights With Wolves round out the bill.

Ginuwine
Washington DC-based R&B sensation Ginuwine is a Grammy-nominated singer, songwriter, dancer, and actor who started his career in the early 1990s with Swing Mob, an R&B/hip-hop collective of artists and record labels based in Rochester, New York. His 1996 album Ginuwine: The Bachelor kicked off a string of hits, including the radio and dance floor favorite “Pony.” Known for his ability to weave tales of love and passion through his soulful lyrics and melodies, his SeaWorld Summer Spectacular series performance is included with park admission.
