Vocalist Leonard Patton discovered his talent for jazz while attending Mesa Community College, going on to study at Berklee School of Music in Boston. In 2021, Patton renovated a La Mesa strip mall storefront that previously hosted The Light Bulb Center, in order to launch the Jazz Lounge. Patton will be joined at his nightclub by singer Aimee Nolte to perform a selection of specially arranged television theme songs.

Founded in 2014 and based in Carlsbad, Aviator Stash released their album Prescribed in 2018. It was recorded, mixed, and mastered by James Page at Emerald Age Recording. Their follow-up full-length Psiyh took home a San Diego Music Award for Best Indie/Alternative Album. The bill includes DGTL CLR.

The Second Annual Mindful Music Festival presents Rhythm of the Earth, with live music from Nels Cline, Alex Cline, Makeda Makossa, drumming group Chamsori Korean, and the Deer Park Choir and Monastic band featuring Glenwood Crowe. All proceeds support the production of a documentary about Sister Chan Khong, the first fully-ordained monastic disciple of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.

Influenced by Britpop music and mod fashion, Pleasure Pill features frontman Jonah Paz (JINX!), alongside his brother Ethan Paz (rhythm guitar). They released their single “Not Giving Up” in summer 2023, followed by “Wonder How.” Early 2024 saw the release of a single and video for “I’d Rather Be.” The bill includes Blair Gun and Billy Tibbals.

Michael May, aka Meidai, is a hip-hop MC who launched his label Off Da Wall MusiQ in January 2006. His music blends hip-hop, R&B, soul music, rock, country, and orchestral flourishes. Among his collaborators are Big June, None Illa, Cashis, Nina Beretta, Young Tk, Nahledge, Katja Glieson and the late Ryan Bowers. Also performing will be D Komoose.
