That number was likely assigned during the construction process; the listing indicates the current residence was just completed in 2018 and is not owner-occupied.

The Hillside estate was listed for $6.2 million in mid-October, with a price adjustment upping the ask to $9.5 million in early December — that number remains unchanged to date.
