In an offering that the list agent bills as the first time the property has been on the market since it was constructed, the south tower penthouse went up in mid-April with an asking price of $5.9 million, which remains unchanged to date.

Two other penthouse units at Harbor Club have been profiled in these pages over the years. One, located in the north tower, was featured in early 2013, when it carried a price of $8,999,000, reduced from $9,975,000. It finally went off-market in November 2015 after failing to attract a buyer at $5,599,200.
