Sergio Corbucci has directed some of the more commendable spaghetti Westerns -- The Mercenary, Sonny and Jed, and The Hellbenders among them -- but this infantile Action Comic, about a Miami policeman endowed with the power to do pretty much anything he pleases, unless and until the color red disrupts his concentration, makes that earlier creative period seem very long ago and far away.
