A few not-so-shocking giveaways about this week’s new movie releases, including Justice League and Frank Serpico

Genial, self-satisfied, moderately dull sequel on the unending and unchanging chemical reaction between mismatched Hong Kong and L.A. cops, Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker. Tucker continues to be a sore spot for his refusal at any point to resemble a cop. He is nevertheless nearly as funny as his co-star, after trying ten times harder. Strong support from Zhang Ziyi (strong opposition, rather) and very briefly Don Cheadle. Brett Ratner again directed, if that's the word. 2001.
