Biography of (apologia for, propaganda for) radio "shock jock" Howard Stern, who turns out on screen to have a somewhat pale and wispy presence. He's unselfconscious, too, and perfectly relaxed, as if he fully expects attention and adulation regardless. (The title, incidentally, has already been taken, by a much raunchier Paul Bartel film.) With Robin Quivers and Mary McCormack; directed by Betty Thomas. (1997) — Duncan Shepherd
