Yoga As Meditation
Join for a gentle, restorative yoga class with a focus on personal body awareness and self-care to aide in stress relief for both mind and body by mindfully practicing the poses, guiding our minds to focus on positive thoughts, and lighting our lives with laughter and community.
Concludes with a 20-minute sitting meditation in our Peace Garden. Come early to get comfortable. Bring a yoga mat. Every Monday. Drop in. At will donation. Parking validated.
