Medicine of Silence
Meditation is a powerful tool in one's life. Whether you have never meditated or have an ongoing practice, this group experience is right for you. For the beginner, do not be intimidated by the length of the meditation. You are encouraged to come and go as is right for you, building up to a one hour practice. Tea is available should you need a break. The room is well heated, chairs and cushions provided.
