All participants should rent, buy, or download The Book of Alchemy by Suleika Jaouad before the first class.
In this 8-week workshop, use The Book of Alchemy by Suleika Jaouad as a guide for a sustained creative practice. Participants will write daily for fifty days, choosing between two prompts each day. The goal is not perfection, but presence. Most prompts can be completed in 10 to 15 minutes, making it manageable even during busy weeks. Meet once a week for 90 minutes to share selected pieces and engage in thoughtful, witness-based reflection.
