Moxie Theatre has produced few musicals. Writer/director Javier Velasco offers a song-filled show about goddesses behaving "bad" -- which could mean "good." Devlin, Melissa Fernandes, and Rae K. Henderson bring sultry charm to melodies such as the title song and "Rise Up"; they speak with different accents, personas, and croon a variety of genres from folk to retro-pop. But the book suffers from a lack of cohesiveness between scenes and a laidback tone. Perhaps that is the point, though more thematic emphasis would have helped. Worth a try.
