Community-acupuncture treatments will be offered most Fridays, sessions are 45 minutes per person and provided in a group “yoga-like” setting. Each person will be set up in a supported reclined posture (using optional blankets and bolster) then receive treatment while relaxing. The general focus will be to assist in balancing the parasympathetic nervous system for self-healing.
