Pen to Paper & Purge is a 4-week, immersive writing experience designed to help you clear mental clutter, reconnect with your inner voice, and make space for what truly matters—on and off the page. Through guided writing prompts, reflective exercises, and intentional discussion, this weekly 2-hour class supports participants in “spring cleaning” their thoughts, emotions, and environments using the power of writing.
Each session weaves together internal reflection and external action, pairing writing exercises with simple, practical steps to release physical clutter and reset your environment. You won’t just write about letting go—you’ll actively create space in your surroundings each week, reinforcing clarity, calm, and creative flow.
Each session focuses on a different layer of release—from clearing internal narratives and emotional buildup to letting go of physical clutter and outdated identities. You’ll use journaling, storytelling, and creative exercises to process what you’ve been holding onto, uncover what’s ready to be released, and define what you want to carry forward—while also taking small, manageable steps to refresh your physical space.
