Join Jyoti for an intro to meditation class. Even if you are not new to meditation, join for a chance to further refine your meditation practice and sit alongside Sangha.
This class consists of the teaching of meditation and 2+ short meditation sessions interspersed with breaks for Q&A water & stretching.
