Mostly Meditation
Sit in meditation with Turiya Dhara. The session will begin with brief instructions, and largely consist of seated meditation. Chairs and cushions are provided. Turiya will also answer questions about Trikaya Buddhism brought by participants and/or from comments on her YouTube channel: YouTube.com/@turiyadhara.
Music is one of our meditation tools. Sound can be used as a focal point, or it can be used to provide a buffer from the city noises. A variety of meditation techniques will be shared over the coming weeks, allowing attendees to explore and find what works best for them.
