Join a free outdoor yoga session and a guided hike around Mountain Meadow Preserve.
Recharge with outdoor yoga followed by an interpretive hike at Mountain Meadow Preserve. This series is made possible through a grant from The Conrad Prebys Foundation. Happens on the 2nd Friday and 3rd Saturday of each month, weather permitting.
Friday's yoga session will be led by certified yoga instructor and Reiki practitioner, Sara Ferrer. Saturday's yoga session will be led by certified yoga instructor, Makayla Trexler.
