Family Discovery Walk: Animals & Tracking

Join MTRP Trail Guides to learn to identify the tracks of some of the seldom-seen animals that live in Mission Trails. Find out how to tell cat and dog tracks apart. Have fun completing a nature journal while on the walk and get a nature sticker afterwards.
This freeadventure is ideal for families with children ages 5–12 years, but all ages are welcome.
Meet at the Kumeyaay Lake Campground shade structure (near the east restrooms).
Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes, and bring along water. A hat and sunscreen are also recommended. Walks are canceled if raining.
