Want to learn how to meditate? Have a burning question related to the art of meditation? Want to meet more like-minded folks?
Join on the 4th Sunday of every month for an intro to meditation class. Even if you are not new to meditation join a chance to further refine your meditation practice.
This class consists of the teaching of meditation and 2+ short meditation sessions interspersed with breaks for Q&A water & stretching.
In person & online via Zoom
