Contra is a living American tradition, with new dances being written all the time.
All are welcome. Gender-neutral dance roles.
Wear what you like, with comfortable shoes.
A caller teaches and directs each dance. Pairs progress up and down two facing lines.
The caller will be Frannie Marr and the band will be Marmalade Mularkey. Arrive at 7:00 for a lesson in the basics, all you will need.
