Sit every Saturday with Turiya Dhara. The session will begin with brief instructions, and largely consist of seated meditation. Chairs and cushions are provided. Turiya will also answer questions about Trikaya Buddhism brought by participants and/or from comments on her YouTube channel: YouTube.com/@turiyadhara. Beginners and experienced practitioners are always welcome. In person & online via Zoom
